Orders placed from Monday to Friday by 17:00 CET will be processed and shipped the following business day including Saturdays.
Orders placed on Sundays and national holidays will be processed and shipped two business days later.

When ordered by the last delivery dates communicated, items will usually be delivered on time. Deliveries may be delayed due to unforeseen irregularities on the part of our delivery partners. SKARVEN® is unable to deliver to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Items remain the property of SKARVEN until receipt of final payment.


For the international orders: If customs charges occur please note that the buyer is 100% responsible for the fees.

International Orders
Please be aware that International Orders may incur customs / import duty fees, or additional taxes when your order arrives. It is the customer's responsibility to pay these additional costs.
Please Note: Any duties and taxes paid are not eligible to be reimbursed by SKARVEN.

If you chose not to accept your delivery, or pay these fees, and have your order sent back to SKARVEN those additional shipping costs will be deducted from your final refund. For further information on potential import fees, please contact your local customs office prior to placing order.


if your package is unclaimed and returned back to us, we may refund the amount of the products, but the shipping cost will not be refunded.

We do not provide a return shipping label within our packaging as return shipments are the customer’s responsibility. SKARVEN is not responsible for any additional shipping costs for returns and exchanges, and we do not assume responsibility for reimbursement of compensation of returned packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to SKARVEN.

How can we help?

  • If you have any problems with your order, please visit our Contact page with your order number (eg. #CH1234) and we can investigate this for you.

  • If you need to change or cancel your order please contact us straight away.

    We unfortunately cannot make any changes or cancel your order after it has left our premises. We pack and ship orders daily so cannot guarantee your requests can be made.

  • Once your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an email from us confirming that your order is on its way.

  • When your order leaves our warehouse you will be notified via email.

  • Please contact us promptly to report the issue and we will replace, refund or fix in accordance with Swiss Consumer Laws.
